Jeevan Akshaya is MTCT's flagship hunger relief programme, providing freshly prepared meals, Monday through Saturday, to 130-150 vulnerable people. The initiative supports elderly persons, homeless individuals, daily wage workers, patients, and economically disadvantaged families, ensuring that no one is denied a meal because of poverty. Currently implemented in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra (Visarwadi, Navapur Taluk, Nandurbar District), the programme is sustained through the generosity of donors and volunteers.
