MTCT operates 15 Free Tailoring Skill Development Centres across Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, empowering women and unemployed youth with vocational skills for sustainable livelihoods. The programme enrols 275 trainees in each training cycle through three batches at every centre, creating 825 training opportunities annually. Participants receive practical training in tailoring, garment making, and basic entrepreneurship, enabling them to secure employment or establish self-owned enterprises.
