Since 2007, MTCT has provided free ambulance services for economically disadvantaged patients requiring emergency medical transportation. In partnership with Kanyakumari Medical Mission Hospital, Neyyoor, the ambulance now serves communities across Kanyakumari District while also supporting mobile cancer screening and outreach services.

This initiative ensures that financial hardship never prevents access to life-saving healthcare.
